Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

Standard Cancellation Charges

1. 30 days or more before travel date: 10% of total tour cost will be deducted.
2. 15–29 days before travel date: 25% of total tour cost will be deducted.
3. 7–14 days before travel date: 50% of total tour cost will be deducted.
4. Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund.

Important Notes

1. Cancellation must be informed in writing via email or WhatsApp.
2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
3. Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
4. No refund for no-show cases or unused services.

Cancellation by Sundarban Sindhuja Tour & Travels

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to:

1. Natural disasters
2. Government restrictions
3. Weather conditions
4. Insufficient bookings
5. Safety concerns

In Such Cases:

1. Guests will be offered an alternative date OR
2. A full refund of the booking amount (excluding gateway charges, if applicable)

We are not responsible for additional personal expenses such as train/flight tickets.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.
2. Processing time: 7–10 business days.
3. In case of partial refund, applicable cancellation charges will be deducted.
4. Special festive packages or promotional offers may have separate cancellation terms (clearly mentioned at the time of booking).

Custom / Group Booking Cancellation

For private charters, corporate tours, or customized group packages:

1. Cancellation terms may vary depending on vendor commitments.
2. Advance payments for permits, hotels, or boat reservations may be non-refundable.
3. Specific cancellation terms will be mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
